Centre10 Meet Up

As a Centre10 Advanced Coach, I have undergone a training course in sports psychology specifically for equestrian coaches. I am delighted to be attending this skills development day, being held online due to the current restrictions.
This month the featured speaker is Katie Warriner, a sports psychologist who has worked with some amazing people and teams. Having been mentored by Steve Peters (British Cycling and The Chimp Paradox) she has gone on to work with England Rugby 7s, Bath Rugby, GB Canoe Slalom (with whom she contributed to multiple Olympic medals) and England Hockey (where she currently works up until the Olympics in Japan).
