Andy Thomas TESTT Physio Clinic
27th September 2020 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Would you like to have elite equestrian physiotherapist Andy Thomas assess and treat your assymetries and blockages? I’m hosting Andy at Dragons Livery for both initial rider assessment and follow up mounted sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes long for initial appointments or 30 minutes physio sessions for riders that have already had an assessment. This is suitable for all ages, levels and disciplines of riding. Priority will be given for those taking regular coaching sessions with me.
Andy will explain asymmetry and its potential effect on you and your performance. He will then assess your weaknesses and imbalances and provide a tailored rehabilitation plan to re-correct.
Attendees will also be able to see and purchase Andy’s TESTT Activation Tool Kit which encompasses exercises and products in a handy go-to bag to use for 15 minutes before you ride to warm up the muscles essential to riding.
Andy Thomas is a High Performance Human Science Sports Medicine Advisor to the USA equestrian teams and developer of TESTT (Thomas equestrian symmetry types and tests). He is an experienced international lecturer in this specialist area and provides a unique insight into the human equestrian athlete.
This event will be in-line with all current Coronavirus regulations. Sessions are 1-2-1, so there will be no more than 6 people present at any one time. No spectating will be possible but attendees can bring 1 person with them if they need it (who is already in their bubble). Andy will be doing some adjustments off horse but will be wearing PPE. Delegates must wear a mask off horse, unless exempt.
